1. Returns & Refunds
You have a maximum of 7 calendar days to request a return or refund for an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and you must include the original invoice and any other items that came with the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Some products may have a different return policy. We clearly indicate on each product’s page whether it is non-refundable or non-replaceable. Please check the product description for specific details before making a purchase.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
You can request a return or refund in one of the following ways:
Online: Log in to your account, go to the My Account > Orders page, select the product you wish to return, and click on the “Refund” or “Replacement” button. We may ask you a few questions about the product and will guide you through the next steps.

If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can do so by clicking the “Cancel” button on the order page. We may ask you for a reason for the cancellation to improve our services.
4. Shipping Costs
For Returns: If you apply for a refund within 5 days of receiving the product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For Replacements: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to us. We may also charge you for shipping the new replacement product.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Different Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, you must document the issue at the time of delivery. You must provide a video and photos of the product and the box when the delivery person arrives. This helps us to verify the claim and process your request.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Online Payments: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., gift card, UPI, credit/debit card, Stripe).
Cash on Delivery (COD): If you paid with Cash on Delivery, we will send you a form to provide your bank account details. The refund will be processed to the bank account you provide. We can also process the refund to a different bank account if you contact us via email or phone to make this request.
7. Refund Timeline
You will receive your refund within a maximum of 2 weeks after the return has been approved. However, we strive to process all refunds in less than one week.
